Recommendations for your work
Do not create many pages from one account in one day! When creating a new Fan Page it is recommended to create it via Business Manager, not from your personal profile interface.

There is the link for creating a second Business Manager on your own or if you did not order the creation of a Business Manager through the service.

Business Manager
Overview

You may create additional Ad accounts inside the Business Manager. But for this, it is necessary for the Business Manager to receive more trust from Facebook. That can only be achieved by an even flow of traffic, absence of violations, bans, consistent billing on the card and approved creatives. Follow these simple rules and after some time (can be individual for each Business Manager), you will be able to create new Ad accounts.

When creating a Fan Page or BM on your own, be sure to turn off all notifications in the new advertising accounts, Business Manager and Fan Page itself

Part 1. Warming up
Part 1. Warming up

Facebook makes sure that there are no drastic changes in the behavior of the account. At the beginning of its advertising activity, the account has no billing history, so Facebook does not allow large charges to be made to the card, due to a lack of trust in the account. Daily limits tend to have more to do with the quality of the payment than the quality of the account. By making systematic charges to the card, even with small amounts, you increase the trust of your payment method, account and Business Manager, which in turn will increase the amount of your maximum billing threshold.

To minimize the risk of losing your account at the start, you need to go through the account warm-up process described below:

Day 1
Day 1
1
Checking notifications on the Fan Page and advertising accounts

An important preparatory step that is required to properly get started with your account is to check if system notifications are disabled on the Fan Page and all advertising accounts.

2
Accepting FBs non-discrimination policy

A prerequisite for initiating advertising activities is a Non-Discrimination Policy agreement. Paste the link into a browser window in RDP, make sure the policy is accepted, or accept it yourself.

3
Working with your Fan Page

The key is to make your Fan Page gain more credibility with Facebook as a real company page. It is recommended to fill your Fan Page with descriptions (any neutral two or three sentences, exposing page's topic), create name for the page (you may use Business Manager name), add button, set address and site, or choose 'My Page Does Not Have an Address/Site' and fill out other points that Facebook asks for as obligatory items in Main Page Settings.

4
First post

Make any arbitrary post on the Fan Page with the picture, it's better if it fits the group theme. For example, you can make a neutral post about a dress or men's suit in a fashion group. This step is necessary to add activity to both your account and the Fan Page. The important thing here is not to overdo it by making many posts in one day. Such behavior will not be welcomed by Facebook. One neutral post is enough.

That's it for today! Let's leave the account until tomorrow. We strongly recommend you not to force events by showing excessive activity, it may be a reason to block the account, Facebook is carefully monitoring freshly created objects within its infrastructure and for any suspicious actions will instantly react with bans.

Day 2
1
Attach the Fan Page to the Business Manager

It’s possible that the Fan Page is not connected to BM by default in order to not trigger Facebook with new suspicious actions. In this case, go to Business Manager settings - Pages - Add an existing page by providing a link to the Fan Page that was created for you.

2
Post

Go to the Fan Page and make a new post to promote, similar to yesterday. Neutral and innocuous.

Going forward, it is also recommended that you maintain activity on your page. This is easiest to control through the Publishing Schedule feature (2-3 posts for the next week).

3
Run a boost post campaign from Business Manager inside the Fan Page interface

What is the purpose of this step? This is how we show Facebook that we have a payment method plus a domain. This should look as safe, trustworthy, and white as possible. From the interface of the Fan Page, you are launching the promotion of the post (engagement or reach) with the following parameters

  • Targeting recommendations:
    1. 1. Worldwide is the easiest way to attract massive, relatively cheap clicks.
    2. 2. Set the targeting audience with the countries where you are going to run the main campaign.
    3. 3. Account country = targeting country - considered as the safest warm-up
  • The card should be connected to the account in the middle of the post promotion campaign launch.
  • Budget - ~25-30$ to get the first minimum bill.
  • Timing - 1-2 days +/- 2-4 hours for campaign self-stop. We don’t recommend to stop the campaign before the expiration time or change any settings in the campaign after launch.

Additional tips
  • Next day you can launch a “page likes” campaign from the Business manager.
  • Pay the billing, if it wasn’t paid automatically
